Yes, we offer gift cards in values from $5.00 and upwards.

What is your Return Policy?

The Popcorn Place, LLC is all about quality. Our popcorn is made with the finest ingredients and popped fresh for your online order.  If our popcorn doesn't meet your standard, please email us within 3 days of receipt and indicate why your order was not satisfactory.  We will replace your order or give you a refund of the purchase price and shipping. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.  For damaged merchandise, please retain all packing material. The only shipping guarantee we offer is through shipping insurance. If you do not purchase the shipping insurance, we cannot be responsible fpr damages caused during shipping.

Do you do Fundraisers?

Let The Popcorn Place, LLC in Flowood, MS be a part of your Fundraising! We want to help you and your organization meet your fundraising goals.  All orders and payment must be received at least 2 weeks prior to your desired order completion date. If you are interested we can provide you the appropriate order forms needed. If you have any additional questions please contact us at 769-216-3805 or 844-280-3573.

What other basic information do I need to know?

Sales Tax - Sales tax will not be charged on any order shipped outside of Mississippi.  Any order shipped within Mississippi will be charged applicable State and Local taxes.

All prices are stated in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

To assure that your gourmet popcorn gift arrives on time we reserve the right to substitute other items of equal or greater value.

Descriptive or typographical errors are subject to correction and all orders are subject to acceptance by The Popcorn Place, LLC. We reserve the right to substitute with equal or greater value items due to unforeseen situations.

 

What shipping information can you tell me?

Delivery Information - Shipments are made by USPS. Please provide us with a complete address. Shipping rates are per recipient. Please call 769.216.3805 or.844.280.3573 with any shipping questions.

Does my order ship on the day I place the order?

Because we freshly handcraft your popcorn to order, we are unable to guarantee your order will go out the same day.  If we are not able to ship on the same day we will ship on the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, we do not.  Since our recipes are preservative-free, we can not guarantee freshess due to extended delivery times.

Do you ship outside the contiguous United States?

Sorry, we do not.  We ship to the lower 48 states.

What can delay my order?

Legal holidays, bad weather, invalid shipping information and unexpected circumstances could delay your order. 

Can I ship or have my order delivered on the weekend?

Sorry we do not shp on the weekends but if you place your order in time USPS will deliver on Saturday.  Please note that transit times will vary by destination and transportation method and your order will ship the folloing business day the order is received.  This chart will show the days required to for USPS to deliver.
